People view vacationing as an expensive extravaganza. Their idea of having fun is the amount of money you spend. What travelers overlook is that one can travel on a low cost budget and still have a marvelous time.

I think we can all agree that, although reading about easy, predictable travel experiences can be okay if you intend to have a similar one, the most entertaining travel articles are the one where things don’t go as planned. It’s true!

Now to December 22 -- Breakthrough Theatre’s Best Christmas Pageant Ever

In the largest cast ever assembled by the Breakthrough Theater of Winter Park, this Holiday play finds a well-meaning couple struggling to put on a Christmas pageant for their church while coping with the ‘most inventively awful kids’ in history. Ever since my siblings and I first started performing small plays for our parents, I’ve wanted to make an adaptation of the opening to Shakespeare’s classic King John.

There are many reasons to go to Mexico, but here are my top three reasons.

During the three years I lived in Montenegro, I discovered great places and activities in this hidden Mediterranean country.  I’ve compiled the top ten things to do, from my teen perspective.  This list includes skiing in the mountains, climbing a castle on the coast, ascending to the top of a mountain, and zipping along a ropes course.  Most of these things I did several times, and all of them were very fun.  I hope you enjoy my top ten!
